The Performing Arts department offers students the opportunity to work within four main disciplines: Dance, Drama, Music and Music Technology.
Although these areas are taught separately, there is a great deal of collaboration within the department and the opportunity to share skills and ideas within the art forms.
Our extra-curricular provision is second to none with clubs offered in a wide variety of skills across the subject areas. Students have the opportunity to perform in large scale school productions, on a professional stage and to develop technological skills e.g. lighting, sound and recording. The department prides itself on the work done with outside agencies and the many and varied opportunities this gives to all of our students.
