Dorset is asking parents of children and young people with special educational needs and/or a disability (SEND) to sign up to a new SEND e-newsletter. The newsletter, which launched this week, will feature important information and updates about support and services for children and young people with SEND. The aim is that it will help Dorset:

The decision made by the RSC/Headteacher Board yesterday was that Aspiration Academy Trust will be taking over Budmouth College. The start date for AAT is to be confirmed, subject to due diligence process. AAT met with parents on Wednesday 6th February.

Dorset County Council are re-consulting on the Home to School Transport Policy and the Post 16 Transport Policy for 2019/2020 with effect from Monday 3rd September 2018 to Sunday 30th September 2018. Details of the consultation are available to view at: www.dorsetforyou.gov.uk

This trip is open to all students who are studying French in Years 8, 9, 10 and Sixth Form.
