Students work towards gaining three GCSEs.
The courses contain all of the content of the separate GCSEs in Biology, Chemistry and Physics. However, they enable a more flexible approach to assessment, reducing the number of exams sat at the end of Year 11 and maximising students’ chances of attaining the highest grades.
Courses are taught by specialist teachers.
The GCSEs have the following composition
Units B1,C1, P1 and ISA (Centre Assessed Unit)
Units B2, C2, P2 and ISA (Centre Assessed Unit)
